Advanced Ceramics Technology Malaysia implemented the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) in September 2001. The company was later awarded the ISO certification in February 2002 - a mere five months after its implementation.

OUR QUALITY POLICY

To manufacture high quality ultrasonic products.

To achieve customer satisfaction through continual improvement.

To implement and maintain a quality management system in line with ISO 9001 and review the quality objectives periodically.

Our QMS meets the stringent requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This ensures that all products we manufacture, be it standard models or custom-made, are subject to thorough quality tests and inspections against a detailed Quality Checklist. All new or existing customer requirements are input into the checklist.

We provide on-going support to customers and have a product feedback facility to guarantee timely customer response by our team of experts. As part of our continual improvement effort, we use this newfound knowledge to constantly upgrade the design and manufacture of our products.

Our QMS also delivers quality objectives which are measured against stringent pre-determined goals for on-going product and process improvement. Corrective actions are immediately taken on any deviation from the goals, hence quality is built into every key manufacturing process of the facility.
