CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
The R&D department receives samples and a completed Process Development Questionnaire (PDQ) from either Sales or the customer. We then review the customer’s requirements base on different criteria (e.g. safety, cost, chemistry, method, etc.) to develop cleaning processes.

CLEANING EVALUATION
The lab operates in a cleanroom environment to ensure the most optimum results. We have a Class 1K and Class 10K cleanroom laboratory for aqueous applications.

The lab is equipped with the latest aqueous and solvent cleaning equipment for different frequencies, namely 25, 40, 58, 68, 86, 132 and 192 kHz. We also have a wide range of cleaning chemistries for aqueous, semi aqueous and solvent applications.

The systems utilize an ultrapure deionised water supply with UV TOC Reduction Unit.
